Getting it there and back

• The lender sends the item to you. They are responsible for getting it to you for the first day of your rental.
• Return it on the final day of your rental. Late returns hold up the lender's next booking.
• Send it back the way it came. If it was delivered by mail, the renter ships it back using a tracked, next-day service. If it was a local drop-off, the renter coordinates with the owner to hand it back in person.
